These terms apply to use of the Taylor’s Things website and to purchases made directly from Taylor’s Things. Product-specific terms, software licenses, custom-build terms and independent retailer policies may also apply where clearly identified.
Product information and availability
We work to keep product descriptions, prices, availability and images accurate. Handmade, one-of-one, small-batch and used or open-box items can naturally vary. We may correct clear errors, update information, limit quantities or cancel an order that cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled direct order, an appropriate refund will be issued.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase at the price and terms shown before payment. Orders may be subject to payment authorization, fraud screening, inventory confirmation and other normal commerce checks before fulfillment.
Physical merchandise
Shipping, delivery and return handling for products sold directly by Taylor’s Things are governed by our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds policy and any more specific terms shown with the product.
Wellness, personal-care and editorial information
Product descriptions and Taylor’s Journal may discuss ingredients, cultural traditions, published research and ordinary product use. Unless a product is specifically and lawfully marketed otherwise, this content is not medical advice and is not a promise to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
Software and digital products
Software and other digital products may include license terms, compatibility requirements, update rights and support terms. When those terms are presented with a product, they form part of the purchase. Unauthorized copying, resale or redistribution may be restricted by the applicable license and copyright law.
Custom and one-off technology
A custom or one-off computer may use new, open-box or tested used components when that is clearly stated. The product description for the specific build controls the component specification, condition information, testing, warranty and support included with that item.
External and affiliate products
Some Curated Finds link to an independent retailer. If you complete the purchase on another website, that retailer — not Taylor’s Things — is the seller for that transaction. Its price, payment, shipping, returns, warranty, privacy and customer-service terms apply. Taylor’s Things may receive compensation from qualifying affiliate activity when disclosed.
Site content and intellectual property
Taylor’s Things branding, original editorial content, original photography or graphics and software are protected by the rights applicable to each work. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Do not reproduce Taylor’s Things-owned content or software beyond the permissions granted by law or an applicable license.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operation, introduce malicious code, scrape protected account information, commit fraud or violate another person’s rights.
Changes
These terms may be revised as the store and its products change. The terms in effect when a direct order is placed apply to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
