What can I find at Taylor’s Things?
The current shop includes VitalLeaves personal-care products and one-of-one Jamaican artisan crochet. The Taylor’s Things concept also extends to original software, custom technology and carefully selected Curated Finds; current availability is always shown in the live shop.
Is everything made in Jamaica?
No. Jamaica is part of our heritage and an important source of makers, ideas and ingredients, but Taylor’s Things is intentionally global. When origin matters, we identify it on the product page.
What is VitalLeaves?
VitalLeaves is the Taylor’s Things wellness and personal-care brand. Its products are presented with straightforward ingredients, directions and product information rather than miracle claims.
Do you offer free shipping?
Orders sold and fulfilled directly by Taylor’s Things may qualify for free shipping when the order meets the current threshold of $50. Your cart and delivery address determine which shipping options are available at checkout.
How do I track an order?
For an order placed directly with Taylor’s Things, use the Order Tracking page with the details from your order confirmation, or sign in to My Account. If you bought a Curated Find from another retailer, that retailer provides tracking.
What is a Curated Find?
A Curated Find is a product we have chosen to feature even though another retailer may sell and fulfill it. We write our own explanation, identify external purchasing clearly and disclose affiliate relationships when they apply.
How do returns work?
Return eligibility depends on the type and condition of the product. Opened or used personal-care and consumable products are generally not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns, while damaged, defective or materially incorrect direct orders can be reviewed. What happens if a Curated Find sends me to another website?
You are buying from that retailer, not from Taylor’s Things. Its price, payment, shipping, returns, warranty, privacy and customer-service terms apply to the transaction.
Does Taylor’s Journal provide medical advice?
No. The Journal may discuss ingredients, traditions, ordinary product use and published research, but it is educational editorial content. Traditional use is not presented as proof that a product treats or prevents disease.
